Deep Blue is the project through which Luigi Tozzi explores the most meditative and layered side of his sonic research, far from the club dimension and conceived for focused listening. It is not a selection or a DJ set, but a compositional work built from original materials: drones, resonances, deep frequencies, slow movements unfolding like underground currents. The title suggests an immersion—not a poetic image, but a concrete way of understanding sound as environment, as pressure, as inhabitable space.

In Deep Blue, time is not marked but shaped. The structures move through gradual transformations, without rupture points, with a continuity that demands attention and offers in return a different perception of duration. Tozzi works on the relationship between low frequencies and upper harmonics, on the natural resonance of space, on the ability of sound to alter the physical perception of the environment. It is a project rooted in a language that comes from techno, yet here completely transposed: there is no pulse, no function, no rhythm as a guide. There is a listening that opens, expands, deepens.

In the second part, Pole (Stefan Betke) presents his new album, to be released in November, bringing one of the most recognizable poetics in contemporary electronic music. His 1990s trilogy—built from a technological error, a faulty filter generating a characteristic crackle—defined an aesthetic based on the fragility of the signal, on micro‑variation, on the tension between order and imperfection. Pole works with a minimal writing style in which rhythm is often implicit, and in which sonic material seems to emerge from a process of erosion. His music is a portrait of technological vulnerability transformed into poetry.
